This was the day after my stay in Bradford had ended and I stayed an extra night in Manchester to fly home on Sunday.

I opted for a visit to Hillsborough, this classic arena. Garry Monk was on Wednesday's team sheet and Robert Green was in goal for Norwich. Norwich went 2-0 up in the first half, but Wednesday came back in the second half to manage a draw. Both teams had one Welsh and one Irish scorer. David Healy (I) and Iwan Roberts (W) for Norwich, Carl Robinson (W) and Alan Quinn (I) for Wednesday. 

There were two huge roars from both ends at half time as both Sheffield United and Ipswich were trailing. After 90 minutes, all three games had ended 2-2.
