Game watched: Northampton Town 2-3 Cheltenham Town

Decent little stadium, but a lot of gaps between the stands don't really lend themselves to creating an atmosphere. As a result, the home fans sounded very very quiet indeed, even when 2-0 up. Location is in the middle of a retail park complex, so no pubs in the vicinity to get a drink at (athough I believe there is a club bar, which we didn't visit). This also meant that you have to use a gravel car park, which is overpriced at £4, and took forever to get out of at the end of the match. Tickets were £20, which is at the upper end of League 2 costs, so a little bit steep. Finally, the burger I got was horrible, very rubbery and cold; and at £7.20 for a burger, a bottle of juice, and a packet of crisps, this too is overpriced. The game itself was enjoyable, coming back from 2-0 down to win 3-2, but I really think Northampton should rethink their pricing structures.
