Game watched: Leeds United 0-0 Manchester United

Without doubt, as a Manchester United fan, Elland Road one of the most hostile away grounds for the our players and fans to go to. It is pure hatred that the Leeds fans have for us. It is also one of the few grounds that United fans are locked in the ground for after the match, for up to an hour. Leeds were in the Premier League from 1992-93 until their relegation in 2003-04. They have not been back since and we have only played them once since then in a League Cup match. Apart from the building of the large East Stand in 1992 and putting seats in place of terracing in 1994, nothing major else has really been done to Elland Road since then. Future developments obviously depend on their financial and league position.

I usually park on the big car park next to the Main Stand, on what used to be the old training pitch at Elland Road. As an away fan, we are locked in the ground for quite a while after the match has finished. By the time we are let out, the car park has normally emptied quite a bit. I've never been in a pub or gone for anywhere to eat outside Elland Road, always going straight in the ground there, as a Manchester United fan, I feel that is the best policy.
