The main issue with Goodison is the amount of pillars obstructing the view of the pitch. Similar to Villa Park, it has retained character and the church is a unique addition to a top ground. Some good chippys around the area and a great Scouse pie once in the ground. Tight concourses lead to good pre match atmopsheres.
