The ground is legendary, some truely iconic symbols like the gates, statues and the kop. However the great Liverpool atmosphere is something of legend i believe, maybe there were a lot of United fans in the Kop for the visit of Southampotn, but they were silent. Yes Saints took the lead after 60 seconds but the home fans never got behind the team, they were awful. That said the atmosphere in the away end was brilliant!
