SALOPPPPPPP!!! Ever seen that magical night in the cup when the Blue and Amber army welcomed Chelsea, I have fallen in love with the Salop. Slightly out of town in a less favourable location compared to the Gay Meadow, but the New Meadow was needed as Gay was on it's last legs. Block 18/19 never like to be outsung and relish a singing contest with a large away following! Not a special ground in terms of character or mind blowing structural features but the New Meadow will be regarded as home for many years to come and I've to say I like it that way!!! COYB.
