Game watched: Bolton Wanderers 1-2 Huddersfield Town

Taking advantage of the FA Cup's low prices we visited the Macron Stadium.  It is situated straight off the M61 and has its own train station (which was closed due to engineering works!!).  Parking was a plenty and we used a local firm who gave their income to the Salvation Army!  The stadium is around 20 years old and has all the modcons you need, although toilet facilities in the away end could have been better, IE more available.  Stewarding was interesting, only away fans got body searched and in the ground they seemed interest on making life hard for some fans, despite everything being good natured! The game was horrific in the first half, but the second saw 3 goals!  Getting away was really easy as well for where we parked!
