Game watched: Walsall 0-1 Portsmouth

The Bescot Stadium was decent for the size of the club who are homed there, one big stand overlooked three smaller stands, but showed it’s age and unique style with the spectators on all four sides of the ground being very close to the field of play. The location was good, fairly local to the nearby train station, away pub and McDonald’s too, as well as a lot of empty space around the ground. I liked the programme and the stewards were good enough to help take photos of me and my mates after the game had finished! However, the value for money was poor, prices for under 18s and adults were extortionate had you bought them singlely, fortunately for us we had an even amount in our group attending so we took advantage of the family ticket scheme, which allowed us to enter at roughly half the original price!
