It says it all that our 4,000 Southend fans out-sung the 40-odd thousand Chelsea fans. Despite being a goal down, we sang and cheered for the whole game while the other stands sounded like a funeral, with some of the home fans not even standing to applaud the team after they had scored. Not much to say about the ground itself, usual souless premiership shite.
