Very friendly stadium. I'd go so far as to say one of my favourites so far!
The Fan Village is a fantastic idea. It means you get much more choice of food as well - there were vans selling everything from curry to Belgian waffles!
They also have a team of "How Can I Help" people, who meant that the stewards could concentrate on keeping people safe.
Another good idea is to have the DLO/SLO in the club shop, so you know where to find them instead of having to try and track them down.
I wouldn't mind going back.
