With the rumours showing no signs of dying down the possibility of Tottenham and Chelsea shacking up together at Wembley could be happening as early as next summer. Chelsea and Spurs are set to start major ground redevelopment projects on their current sites which will see the clubs seeking temporary homes. Countdown is on for White Hart Lane to exit the 92
In the last few weeks Tottenham received the go ahead to start work on their new stadium. A completely new build in the same locality will see the end of White Hart Lane, one of the remaining larger grounds in the UK with genuine character. Spurs move a step closer to leaving White Hart Lane
Tottenham received a major boost this week with the news that work on their proposed new 58000 seater stadium can begin. The approval from the government now means that 95% of the planned development has given the green light and if all goes to plan Spurs should be kicking off the 2017/18 season in their new home. So it looks like we could have another new edition to the 92 league grounds.
